Investor Process
1. Purchase parameters
The first thing we want to do with new investors is get to know them. What is it you're looking for in a deal? We want to identify and understand your perfect deal so that when we come across it, you're our first call.
2. Investment search
Our team is always on the lookout and actively searching for investment opportunities. We have an expert team looking for distressed properties, destressed homeowners and other great quick-close real estate investments.
We come across dozens of elite real estate investments each month and are always ready to pass them on to our investor network.
3. Deal Negotiation
When we find an opportunity that one or more of our investors may be interested in, we get to work. We quickly get in touch with the homeowner or agent to start negotiating a deal. Once we have a deal under contract, we'll call every investor who is a good fit for the deal and for whom the deal is a good fit.
We need investors that are ready to move quickly when we find a deal that fits.
4. Investor assignment
When we find the right investor for the deal, Inizi will assign the contract to you and let you take it from there.
We always provide a fair assignment fee because we want our investors to see profits and come back for more deals in the future.
